The Grumman is a two-seat trainer built by American Airlines. The aircraft has a 115 HP engine and a cruising speed of 108 Kts. It feels like a small jet with bubble wrap and responsive controls. A payload of 450 pounds makes this $100 burger plane a blast.

This airplane has completed all AD inspections and compliance, is equipped with a Garmin Aera 660 GPS and a new paint job that will stand out on the ramp. TTAF ~ 3,700 hours and TSMO ~ 600 hours. The time is approximately the flight time of the aircraft.
Colleen Hofer of Velva, North Dakota won last year's grand prize. Our 2021 Aeronca Tandem Defender Drawing was held at Claremore Regional Airport (KGCM) on September 11, 2021. 3,123 tickets were sold to over 1,500 diverse attendees from across the United States. Funds raised are used to further our mission to make flying comfortable, affordable, safe and fun for as many aviation enthusiasts as possible. The Oklahoma Pilots Flying Club is a non-profit general aviation organization founded in 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our goal has always been to make flying easy, affordable, safe and fun for as many aviation enthusiasts as possible.
